<P>The header <SAMP>&lt;iomanip&gt;</SAMP> is part of the Input/output library of the C++ Standard Library. It defines the manipulator functions <SAMP>resetiosflags()</SAMP>, <SAMP>setiosflags()</SAMP>, <SAMP>setbase()</SAMP>, <SAMP>setfill()</SAMP>, <SAMP>setprecision()</SAMP>, and <SAMP>setw()</SAMP>. These functions may be conveniently used by C++ programs to affect the state of iostream objects.</P>
